Bring information from supported apps and devices into one personal health view.
One trusted view of your health
Health Command Center is being built to bring the information from your health apps and connected devices into one calm, clear place—then help you understand what it means.

The reason behind the work
A Type 2 diabetes diagnosis became a turning point for our founder, Joshua Cheshire. He did not want to take medication and simply hope for the best. He wanted to understand how sleep, food, movement, stress, treatment, and daily choices were affecting his body.
“I don’t want six different apps. I want one place that tells me how healthy I am.â€
That simple request became the foundation of Health Command Center—and later, Cheshire Health Labs. What began as a personal need revealed a much larger problem shared by millions of people.
The problem today
Glucose, activity, sleep, blood pressure, weight, CPAP, hydration, medications, and lab results often live in separate places. Each number may be accurate, but the person is left to assemble the story alone.
Designed around the whole person
Health Command Center is being designed to organize data from health platforms, wearables, home monitoring devices, and manually recorded details when they are truly needed.
From scattered data to one useful day
Automatic whenever possible. Manual only when necessary. The experience is being shaped to reduce tracking burden, explain what changed, and recommend a manageable next step.
Bring information from supported apps and devices into one personal health view.
See patterns across sleep, activity, glucose, weight, treatment, and other signals—not isolated numbers.
Begin each day with a focused briefing and one practical mission instead of a wall of alerts.
Create a clear report that can help a clinician review the time between appointments.
A calmer daily experience
Health Command Center is not intended to be another logbook. It is being designed as a personal health operating system that turns information into an understandable daily view.
Morning Briefing
A concise view of the signals most relevant to today, with context about why they may matter.
Health Score
A simple summary designed to help users recognize progress and areas that may need attention.
Today’s Mission
A focused action intended to support progress without creating a long list of demands.
Weekly Analysis
A look beyond individual readings to see what may be improving, changing, or becoming consistent.
Patient Health Summary
Designed to support—but never replace—professional medical judgment.
The reporting difference
Most appointments begin with snapshots: a recent A1C, weight, blood pressure, or lab result. Important changes between visits can be difficult to reconstruct from memory.
Our report concept is designed to organize trends, timing, and relevant context so a clinician can review what changed and when—without searching through pages of raw data.
Consumer-first. Built with the future in mind.
Health Command Center begins with the individual. Over time, consumer-controlled reporting may help create more prepared conversations, more useful remote-care context, and a clearer view of outcomes beyond the clinic.
One trusted place to understand health and make more informed daily decisions.
Clear, structured information from the time between visits, shared by the patient.
A patient-centered foundation for exploring responsible remote and hybrid care models.
A long-term vision for accessible tools that can strengthen understanding across communities.
Our mission
We are building carefully, with respect for the trust that personal health information requires.
